Use a special rag to clean around the glass, repeatedly and carefully until it is clean, using tools: watering can, water scraper, special rag, spatula, etc.
Precautions:
1. Do not shovel dirt, sand, lint, etc. on the glass surface, otherwise there will be a tiny space between the film and the glass, which can inhale air and cause damage to the film, thus affecting the quality of the projection film and the beauty of the projection film.
2. It is best to reconcile the cleaning solution with distilled water, purified water, or tap water after filtering and precipitation to avoid dust.
3. Make anti-fouling preparations at the installation site to prevent sewage from contaminating the walls.
The second step: installation of projection film
1. Peel off the film and position and tear off the protective film, spray the installation liquid on the exposed installation glue surface and the clean glass surface, attach the film installation glue surface to the glass surface, and carefully float the projection film.
2. After the wiper and bubble projection film are in place, immediately spray the installation liquid on the surface of the projection film again, attach the torn off clean protective film surface to the surface of the projection film, and spray the installation liquid again to lubricate the surface. The professional wiper tool removes the air bubbles and installation liquid between the film and the glass. The first wipe should be light, and then cross wipe continuously and forcefully. It is best to use a horizontal wipe above the glass, and a top-to-bottom cross wipe below. , or wipe from the middle to the surrounding, use tools: soft handle scraping, water scraping, watering can, etc.
Precautions:
1. Active aqueous solution to avoid the quality problems of air bubbles and falling off.
2. There should be a clean working area during the filming process, free of dust and dirt, to ensure that the filming is clean.
3. Cross wipe in an orderly direction, excess water and air bubbles will affect the quality of the film.
4. The rubber surface of the film cannot touch any other place.
The third step: trim the edge of the film, deal with water stains, carefully check the edge of the projection film, squeeze out the residual film liquid and air bubbles between the film and the glass with a scraper, and press the edge to enhance the adhesion of the film edge. Cut all around. Practical tools: film cutting knife, hard scraper, etc.
Precautions: Avoid scratching the film surface when pressing the edge, and wrap the hard scraper with non-woven fabric if necessary.
Step 4: Level the film surface, check whether there are film defects, deal with the remaining air bubbles and water stains, and the loose viewing angle parts, use a rounded scraper or a hard scraper wrapped with a soft cloth to gently drive out the bubbles, Gives stronger adhesion between glass and diaphragm.
